Refund Policy

All purchases made through AuraMarket are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate delivery, AuraMarket does not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, replacements, or store credit after an order has been placed or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• No longer wanting the product
• Failure to read the product description
• Inability to use the product
• Account suspension or restriction by a third-party platform
• Customer error or negligence
• Products being shared, leaked, or compromised after delivery
• Any other reason requested by the customer

Once payment has been completed, the order cannot be reversed or refunded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy before receiving your product.

Chargebacks

Customers must not initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks in an attempt to obtain a refund. Any suspicious activity may result in the permanent restriction of access to AuraMarket services.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
